7. Did you allow “If” statements to exist instead of “When” statements?

8. Did you join forces with others trying to lose weight or did you just try yourself?

9. What was your true motivation?

10. Are you a quitter?

Answers:

When you look in the past and actually see what you did and the results, you need to track what it was that you accomplished and what it was that you did, that didn’t result in a positive result. You have to increase what you did that was positive and decrease what you did that was negative.

It sounds simple but you would be amazed at how people never realize what works or what doesn’t because they just blindly do things and the results are not perceived right.

If you set upon your weight loss track without any goals, that was a big mistake. How do you know where you are going if you don’t know where you are coming from. You must outline your goals and monitor them.

When you noticed results you should track them down. Write down what you did to get those results and rinse and repeat.

Never try the quick and super easy ways, they may help you lose some rapid weight fast, but they set you up for future failure, increased weight, and health risks.

Some people put their goals way too high and then when they do not get the results they want, a cycle of crashing and burning takes place and they give up. Set realistic goals, even small accomplishment are big accomplishments.
Perceived failures are only plateaus that everyone runs into, you just have to change up what you are doing and then you will break through your plateau.

Forget the “If I lose weight “ and focus on the “When” I lose weight for your motivation.

It is always a great motivator to join forces with others who are at war with the weight loss battle. There is truly strength in numbers.

Your motivation should be primarily getting healthy and living a better life, but it never hurts to want to look good, because when we feel we look good, we feel great.

No one is a quitter, maybe just a little slow on the start, but it up to you to rev up the weight loss motor and get going to a healthier lifestyle.

Most people have become a little less vocal about the plight and negative feelings about over weight people, because our world is becoming more and more out of shape.

Our parents are getting bigger, our kids are getting fatter, and we ourselves are gaining at an alarming rate.

When you walk around on the street, you see more and more out-of-shape and over weight people, kids and believe it or not animals.

Our pets are becoming obese and are beginning to suffer with the same ailments and diseases that humans suffer from.

It sounds strange but even our household pets, dogs for instance, are suffering from Heart Disease and Diabetes.

That is one of the reasons this site came into existence, so we can start now to get back on the health track.

They are a beautiful part of nature to see and that may be one of the reasons that you can use that part of nature to help you with your weight goals.

Losing weight when you do the right things make a whole world of difference to your success.

When you have a plate of food and it all looks the same color, you have made your first mistake because, you should always have a healthy mix of food and color is one of the easy ways you can use to make better choices.

If you look at a plate of food and it is all brown with no color, there’s a good chance that you don’t have vegetables on it. If you have a plate of food and it’s all bright red and green or yellow, then it’s a good chance you don’t have any meat (providing protein) on it.

When you eat, you should have a full range of the rainbow colors on your plate to insure that you are getting the necessary nutrients that your body requires. You want to provide your body with a healthy mix.

You need protein, carbohydrates and good fats in your diet. This will provide your body with the tools it needs to take care of you.

The U.S.D.A. United States Department of Agriculture recommends that approximately

50% of your calories should come from carbohydrates
30% from fats
and
20% from protein sources.

What adds to that rainbow of colors is fruits and vegetables and you should try to at least include four to five helpings per day.

Do not forget the Fiber (Fiber makes you feel fuller and sooner than any other foods) it stays longer in your stomach, slows down your digestion rate and cuts down your food consumption by keeping you feeling fuller for a longer period of time.

When your diet is right and you throw in a little exercise that consists of strength training your body will eventually tone up and keep you on the right track of being fit.

Excess weight is never good for you, and if left unchecked, excess weight could cause all types of physical problems topped with emotional issues.

So start to eat right, learn about calories, and incorporate a little exercise into your daily routine.

Many people don’t realize, that sometimes when they are searching for something it is right up under their noses (or should we say stomach).

Abs, abdominals, stomach muscles,whatever you want to call them, that show and look firm, have always been something to smile at and enjoy and are wished for by more than half the population. 

We see them on fit models and, and people who were just blessed with darn good genes.  We seek them more than we seek the proverbial pot at the end of the rainbow, or maybe that’s what in the pot for some of us.  A pot of the elusive Six-Pack Abs,instead of the pot that are belly has become.

Many people already have pretty pretty good abs, they just have a lot of flab on top of them. I have seen over weight people exercise, in such of a manner that they increased their muscle, but still had a lot of fat on top of them, so they were not getting the results they wanted. You know what this does right? It depresses them, they feel defeated and they quit.

First things first, you have to make up your mind that you are not going to QUIT, remember a quitter never wins and a winner never quits.
