What Is the Ideal Weight For A Woman’s Height
Below are basic ideal weights for different sized women. You may weigh only 140 pounds but if you fall into the short category at a height of 5′2 you are considered to be at least 20 pounds over weight.


Many women fall into the medium height category, so if you fall into this category and you are about 5′5 and 140 pounds you are a few pounds over weight.

Fewer women fall into the category of tall but if you weigh 140 pounds and are 5′11 you are right on the low end target for your height.
