Eliminate Sugar From Your Diet and Lose Weight
**It will lead to Sweet Success!**
Most people have a sweet tooth, however this sweet tooth is often the reason why people gain weight and then can’t lose it. We feel like we can’t live without our cakes, pies, cookies, and the like. However, we can! There are actually many sweet things you can eat that are good for you and don’t have the dangerous refined white sugar that will create cravings and pack on the pounds. Of course, if you don’t want to really lose weight and get healthy then you will never make the change. However, if you are ready to start dropping the pounds and get in shape for good then you must eliminate sugar from your diet. It really is not that hard to do once you get started.
Removing Sugar
Did you know that sugar is in many things that you might not even think of? Things like ketchup, spaghetti sauce, canned fruit, and more have lots of sugar and that is not helping your waistline. Most foods come in a low sugar variety or even sugar free. You need to read all labels so you can determine whether what you are eating is okay for you to eat or not. Once you know what you can eat then you will automatically eliminate a great deal of sugar from your diet. When it comes to other things like cookies, cakes, pies, and candy you have to simply eliminate these from your diet. There are sugar free candies you can buy, but it is best to eliminate all of these for a few weeks first.
Substitutions
There are many sugar substitutes like Splenda, Sweet n Low, Equal, saccharin, and others. You should find the sugar substitute you like the most so that you can make some of the sweet treats you enjoy. For example, you can make sweet tea or cookies, cakes, and the like. They won’t taste the exact same as when you cook with real sugar, but they will be good enough to satisfy your sweet tooth and keep you on your diet.
Watch Out For What’s In The Food-It Could Hurt Your Diet Plans
Start looking at the labels of the foods you eat today and see what you are eating. You may be surprised at how much sugar you are actually eating. Start eliminating sugar from your diet, or go cold turkey, and give yourself two weeks. This will be a hard two weeks, but you will get all of the sugar out of your system and won’t have any more sugary food cravings!
