You can still eat what you want as a type 2 diabetic, but you must make smart choices.

Diabetes is a sneaky illness. People don’t know how serious it can be. Eating right and watching your weight wil help control it.

Thanks for the informative post.. maybe it will help people to avoid becoming diabetic. It’s not fun, I know I have been stuggling with diabetes in my family for awhile.

People need to realize that nutrition will help you be healthy and keep many problems away. Over eat and be overweight. over eat and get overly sick.
