This is the first I have heard about losing weight by pole dancing. It seems interesting and a lot of fun.
I have been using the wii fit exercise videos and I hope they can make one for pole dancing. I need to get in shape for my wedding.

Pole Dancing For Weight Loss!!!

This is the first time I have ever heard about losing weight by pole dancing and it seems like a fun way to jump on the getting fit wagon.

Some friends and I went to a pole dancing class which only costed 10 dollars for the lesson and it was so fun to do. i am thinking about getting a pole put in my basement so I can keep on exercising with it. It gives you a good workout and I know I must have burned a lot of calories in the class. It is indeed a lot of fun.
