Look in the mirror and really ask yourself, “Do I Like What I See?”, chances are you don’t. The reason is because as you grow older your body starts to turn against you. It no longer puts up with your bad eating habits and your lack of exercise. It gives up and gives in to your couch potato ways and even convinces you that excess energy expenditure is needless and easily avoided.

As you become accustomed to this lifestyle you start putting on the pounds and losing your shape. Your belly starts to protrude out, then it starts to become rounder and expands even more. Your thighs begin to rub together due to them expanding. Your butt gets bigger, and once these things start happening, fat starts to spread to your face and arms. Before you know it you have become a health risk, walking is harder and doing simple things become harder. You are on your way to collecting health ailments such as high blood pressure and diabetes.

You are becoming a mess and then you really look in the mirror and you feel bad, you feel lost, you feel inadequate, you feel for yourself and you go plop back down and eat out of depression and this cycle repeats itself.

Then one day when you get disgusted you decide to do something about it. You get the energy to go buy a exercise bike or you drastically cut your food intake. The problem with this is you exercise on the bike like a raving maniac for a few days and see no results, and you get disenchanted and quit.
The problem you face with the cutting intake of food is that you do it to such an extreme that you break, can’t do it anymore and you binge on food and stuff yourself like there is no tomorrow.

Wrong ways and these wrong ways set you up to being more prone to pack on even more pounds. Your a victim of fat causing emotional stress and this adds to your weight issues.

It’s a Vicious weight problem cycle that you must learn how to break, but you must break it the right way.

Inspiration for Weight Loss is what you need to start your road to a better you.

Remember you didn’t pack on the pounds in one day and you are not going to unpack them in a day either. It was a process that got you to this point and it will be a process to reverse it.

It can be done! It will be done! that’s your motto from this day on.
