Rock Hard Abs-Where Are You
Many people don’t realize, that sometimes when they are searching for something it is right up under their noses (or should we say stomach).
Abs, abdominals, stomach muscles,whatever you want to call them, that show and look firm, have always been something to smile at and enjoy and are wished for by more than half the population.
We see them on fit models and, and people who were just blessed with darn good genes. We seek them more than we seek the proverbial pot at the end of the rainbow, or maybe that’s what in the pot for some of us. A pot of the elusive Six-Pack Abs,instead of the pot that are belly has become.

Many people already have pretty pretty good abs, they just have a lot of flab on top of them. I have seen over weight people exercise, in such of a manner that they increased their muscle, but still had a lot of fat on top of them, so they were not getting the results they wanted. You know what this does right? It depresses them, they feel defeated and they quit.
First things first, you have to make up your mind that you are not going to QUIT, remember a quitter never wins and a winner never quits.
A few things you need to do to get those abs out in the open:
Let’s call them the ABc’s
A. Reduce your fat percentage with Cardio. (WALKING,RUNNING,SPRINTING)
B. Target Ab muscles with abdominal strength training.(CRUNCHES-SLOW AND FORCEFUL)
C. Improve your Posture-stand up straight to be leaner. (THIS WORKS THE ABS PASSIVELY)
