This is a very informative and disturbing video that shows you what goes on in the meat industry. It has shocking footage of what animals go through in order to become the food we so eagerly shop for in the store. We never question where or how that meat gets into the meat section of the grocery store. We don’t think about where our hamburger and roast comes from or the process that gets it into the grocery store. This video shows you what you never imagined, never knew and probably never wanted to know.

Meat , in the volume that we consume it , is one of the main factors that has caused us to become overweight and out of shape. We search for ways to lose weight and amazingly some of the answers we seek will be initiated through the viewing of this video.

This video will have the tendency to outrage people as they see what happens to these animals, see where our meat comes from, and see the quality of the meat we consume.

Becoming a vegan is not really that hard to do and the consumption of meat will not only decrease certain health risk, but also will decrease your weight.

This may be the diet plan for you! A Vegan – A person whose has a diet that excludes all meat, fish and dairy products as well as any food derived from a living animal such as eggs. Their diet relies on beans, lentils, nuts, seeds and soya products for protein, grains and starchy vegetables for carbohydrate and nuts and seeds and oils for fat.
