If you were, that shirt or blouse would fix a little better, your slacks would hang straight down and wouldn’t be bulging out at the seams, you would look a little healthier when people see you out and about, you would feel better, tie the old shoelaces easier without huffing and puffing, self esteem would be shooting up as weight was shooting down, and a thousand other positive things could be in your life.

Think The Thin Life and eventually you will set in motion the things you need to do to have the thin life.

Make a list of all the things you Hate about being FAT (health concerns,flabby body,being made out to be a joke by people,clothes not fitting properly etc.) and Make a List of all the things You would Love about being Thin and In Shape (no more flabby body,no more hard time breathing,no more health threats,increase in self esteem etc.) and see what your choices are.

Check it Twice-And Believe In It.

What You Believe You Can Achieve

If your goal is to get rid of the weight and flabby body then you have to start in your mind and get the feeling in your heart. Stop thinking it can’t be done. Millions of people are fat and overweight and millions more are losing the flabby bodies and getting back into the best shape of their lives.

There are many online weight loss programs and many offline programs – use them and release the skinny in you.

Thin Life hands down is the winner, but its so hard to get it back. I know I tried and failed several times but perserverance has me thin and happier now.
