You need more motivation than wishing and no action to get the weight off your flabby body.
Many of us take that look in the mirror and try to adjust our clothes so they don’t stretch as far. We turn this way and that and that shirt just doesn’t seem to hang right. The trousers or the skirts seem to protrude way farther than they used to.
We wonder what is wrong with this damn mirror.

I know I have not gained even more weight. It can’t be, I have not been eating more or doing anything different than I have been doing.
So the next day you go through the same cycle. The looking, turning, twisting and the tight lipped cursing at the mirror for acting like a camera and putting ten extra pounds on top of the extra pounds you already have. The flabby legs look even flabbier and that belly, “Oh that belly” it’s getting way out of hand or should we say way over belt.
You are just about to turn your frown all the way down into a frown because you know it’s about time to go to the store again for a bigger size.
You repeat this process until that day you are in the store and the bigger sizes are no longer in that same section. You just grad-FAT-uated to a different section where the sizes are even bigger.
“Woe is me”, on this day.
Rule No. 1 is in order to lose weight you can not Wish it Away you have to start to do something. This site is chocked full of information to get you started on that track to getting in shape and all you have to do is start.
There are many ways to help you in your weight loss success. You have videos, articles, tried and true methods and all the things to educate you in the process. You have success stories and horror stories but the one thing you do not have is a wishing well.
